It combines oils and lotion with an array of strokes such as kneading, rolling and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Integrative Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension and chronic pain due to repetitive motions, misalignment and past lingering injuries. Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release and Trigger point therapies are appropriately used throughout the session to bring relief. I specialize in chronic neck and upper thoracic pain problems.  $110.00 per 60 min. $130.00 per 75 min. $150 per 90 min. $170 per 1hr. 45 min.  $200.00 per 2hrs

Trigger Point Therapy is a specific type of bodywork that deactivates pain located in a localized spot of exquisite tenderness in a band of muscle tissue. In this session trigger points will be located to reduce pain and bring relief from neck and shoulder pain, back pain, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, leg pain,etc.  $95.00 per 60 min. $125 per 75 min.

Ayurveda Scalp, Face and Head Massage is an ancient system of prevention, for health and healing. In this session the use of a base oil of jojoba, coconut  or almond will be used in addition to one or a combination of dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), essential oils which is appropriate for each individual. Oils will be warmed and massaged into the hair, scalp, neck and shoulders. Pressure points along the face, eye area, cheek bones and jaw will be applied.  $60.00 per 30min.  $110 per 60 min.

Foot Reflexology is the manual manipulation of the feet (i.e massage) to stimulate, through subtle energy reflexes, the various parts of the body to promote health and well-being. Reflexology rests on the ancient Chinese belief in qi (pronounced “chee”), or “vital energy.” According to this belief, qi flows through each person. When a person feels stressed, their body blocks qi. This can cause an imbalance in the body that leads to illness. Reflexology aims to keep qi flowing through the body, keeping it balanced and disease free. In this session we will be focusing on these reflex points. $120 per 60 mins.
